The NSS Unit of Yenepoya Deemed to be University, in collaboration with the Community R&D Cell, organized a workshop titled "Purpose in Action: Bridging Community Service in Academic Research" for NSS Programme Officers and volunteers.
This initiative proved to be highly impactful, with students actively participating in group discussions, sharing innovative ideas, and exploring the scope of community-based research. The workshop provided a valuable platform to connect academic learning with real-world community engagement.
The event was graced by the Vice Chancellor, Dr K. S. Gangadhar Somayaji, whose presence added significance to the occasion.
